Job summary

Bridgestone Bandag Abilene plant in Texas is actively seeking energetic night-shift Production Technicians to join our manufacturing team. You will set up, run, and maintain production equipment while ensuring quality and safety on the floor.

Starting pay is $22.95/hour with progression up to $28.14/hour in 24 months and higher rates for specialized roles, plus shift premiums and attendance bonuses. Weekly pay and long-term bonus programs are offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School diploma/GED, or equivalent.
• Preferred 2 years of employment stability.
• Preferred 1 year manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records.
• Other duties as assigned.
