Job summary

Galls, LLC is seeking a Production Team Lead for the 3rd shift to oversee overnight warehouse operations, drive productivity and maintain high-quality standards. You will guide hourly associates, train new staff, and ensure safe, efficient processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with management to optimize workflow, monitor performance, and implement improvements while complying with SOPs and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/distribution center experience.
• Experience leading a team of hourly associates.
• Knowledge of warehouse tools and equipment (WMS, RF guns, conveyors, embroidery/sewing equipment).
• Clear communication and listening skills.
• Ability to coach and document performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Provide direction, coaching and oversight to hourly associates.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA compliance across shift operations.
• Oversee workflow and staffing, ensuring proper coverage and training.
• Lead shift start-up meetings and communicate expectations to the team.
• Monitor performance and report variances to Area manager.
