Ferrara in Bellwood, IL is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift (4pm–4:15am). You will supervise hourly workers, execute production and logistics plans, and partner across functions to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Experience with manufacturing CI initiatives.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP system.
• Understanding of GMP principles.
• Process, packing, and mechanical experience.
• Experience managing people across roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing principles.
• Experience with RedZone a plus.
• Knowledge of TPM pillars a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise execution of production and logistics plans through operators and hourly staff.
• Contribute to plans and policies to ensure compliance in all areas of responsibility.
• Operate production lines per FDA guidelines, GMPs, HACCP/SQF.
• Direct and guide operators in production and logistics tasks.
• Manage shift changes, daily standards, and labor reconciliation.
• Develop employees to ensure compliance and quality.
• Resolve issues impacting performance.
• Support Lean training as directed by Operations Manager.
• Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance and sustainability standards.
• Participate in daily food reviews and support relevant projects.
