Ferrara in Forest Park, IL is seeking a hands-on Quality Supervisor to ensure product safety and high standards. You will supervise technicians, drive daily performance, and partner cross-functionally to uphold GMPs and continuous improvement. The role requires in-person presence to support production schedules.

You will manage CAPA, NCR tracking, audits, and training while coordinating with production and other supervisors. A related B.S.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in food science or related field preferred.
• HACCP certification and GFSI audits experience a plus.
• PCQI certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive quality and food safety during operations.
• Coach technicians and leads, supervise quality staff.
• Lead CAPA activities and root-cause analysis for corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal audits and GMP adherence across the plant.
• Maintain environmental monitoring and product testing programs.
• Analyze KPI trends and prepare leadership reports.
