Qualifications

• High School diploma with a minimum of 3 years of operational leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a staff of employees, setting direction and deploying resources.
• Ability to work off-shift and adapt to night operations.
• Solid understanding of production processes and safety guidelines (OSHA).
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to learn company policies.
• Proficiency with SAP/ERP systems and basic MS Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; physical capability for manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and provide direction to production team on a nightly shift.
• Plan and schedule equipment utilization to maximize productivity.
• Investigate scrap, excursions, quality issues, and safety incidents.
• Ensure compliance with operating systems, safety, and process controls.
• Monitor cost, material usage, downtime, and shift expenditures.
• Submit hours to payroll accurately and timely.
• Communicate performance metrics to Shift Leaders and Supervisors.
• Prepare labor, material, and equipment usage reports; support related duties.
