Job summary

Pexco is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, quality, and timely output. You will direct Assistant Team Leaders, Set-Up Technicians, Operators, and other staff, coordinating production activities and problem resolution to meet customer and company goals.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive productivity and safe operations in the plant environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing, business-related education preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or factory experience; extrusion experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing required.
• Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and motivational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret production schedules, work instructions, and quality metrics.
• Experience with basic production software or computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and accountability for production staff.
• Plan and communicate daily priorities to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees to meet performance, attendance, quality, safety, and productivity targets.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback, coaching, and corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Shipping and other departments to address needs.
• Ensure production areas, equipment, and materials are organized for efficient operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and productivity.
