Job summary

Nestlé’s Gerber facility in the United States is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a production team on 2nd or 3rd shift. You will ensure a safe, sanitary area and drive continuous improvement to meet plant objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/engineering/business, 3–5 years in manufacturing, and strong leadership with SAP experience. Commitment to quality, safety, and team development is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or business administration preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a similar manufacturing role, preferably in food.
• Strong computer skills; SAP experience preferred.
• Exposure to digital manufacturing tools (e.g., POKA) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; leadership and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities to maximize efficiency, output, and yield.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, NQS, SSOP, FTQ compliance and training of associates.
• Meet safety and productivity goals; provide direction to the team.
• Manage controllable costs (labor and materials) during shifts.
• Lead and develop employees; provide coaching and resources for decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement using NCE and other tools.
