Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word and SAP required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise team members on the production floor.
• Identify improvement opportunities and monitor safety, production and quality.
• Ensure GMP compliance and adherence to SOPs and company standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Quality and Maintenance to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and deliver quality products.
