Job summary

Grande Cheese is seeking a Production Supervisor (Nights) to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety at our Friendship facility. You will lead and support team members, coordinate schedules, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, meeting production goals, and fostering a positive team culture that aligns with our mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Leadership, Industrial Tech or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry, with leadership experience required.
• Lean principles and process optimization experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing software and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with safety and quality compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
