Easy Foods, Inc. in Kissimmee, FL is hiring a Night shift Production Supervisor to lead a large production team during the overnight period. The role offers competitive compensation with a base salary between $80,000 and $95,000 plus a 10% annual bonus and full benefits.

The position requires experience in food production, GMP/SQF knowledge, Lean concepts, and leadership of cross-functional teams. Occasional weekend work may be required to meet production goals.

Easy Foods is looking for a Night shift Production Supervisor to join and help our Business to Thrive!

Competitive Total compensation (salary + bonus) -Based salary $80,000-$95,000 + 10 % Bonus.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 pm - 6:30 am. Must be available (Occasionally) to work on Saturdays and Sundays if needed.

Experience working NIGHT SHIFT preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience working with and leading large teams within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


• Demonstrated experience working with SAP, ADP


• Demonstrated experience within Lean/TPM/Continuous Improvement


• Minimum one (1) year experience in a food production environment.


• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Higher


• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, Reports, Internet software, e-mail.


• Ability to work any shift as needed.


• Functional knowledge and understanding of HACCP concepts.


• Experience in plant sanitation practices and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• An undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably in one of the Engineering, basic sciences or business-related disciplines preferred, or equivalent experience.


• Two (2) years’ experience in a production environment.


• Two (2) years’ experience in a leadership role.


• Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SQF.
