Job summary

Hollandia Dairy Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee all facets of our San Marcos production operations. You will lead a team to meet schedules, optimize labor and equipment, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced dairy environment.

The role requires strong leadership, safety compliance, and ability to coordinate with maintenance and engineering for efficient production. Relocation not offered; local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Plan, organize, and oversee production operations to meet schedules, optimize labor and equipment utilization, achieve efficiency goals.
• Lead, coach, and monitor production personnel to ensure productivity, quality, and timely completion of orders.
• Communicate production status, schedule changes, and issues to management and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety, GMPs and company policies; address quality concerns through training and corrective actions.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain OSHA, FDA, EPA, SQF, PMO compliance.
• Train, develop, motivate, and discipline employees with HR.
• Coordinate staffing, work assignments, and production priorities to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor production docs, inventory levels, and logs for planning and reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering on equipment issues and improvements.
• Maintain clean, organized production environment with proper coding, housekeeping, sanitation.
• Analyze and resolve operational challenges and support continuous improvement.
• Prompt and regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
