Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturing organization in Wilson, NC with a Production Supervisor role. The selected candidate will train on 1st shift before transitioning to the permanent night shift schedule.

The role leads a night crew of about 15, focuses on safety, quality, and output, and collaborates with maintenance and quality teams. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and excellent attendance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation skills.
• Experience in fast-paced production environments.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to troubleshoot, make decisions, and stay professional.
• Comfortable on the production floor around machinery; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily night-shift production operations while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved.
• Build and support a new production team of approximately 15 employees.
• Monitor production schedules, employee performance, and overall workflow.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members.
• Address employee concerns, performance issues, and operational challenges.
• Partner with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate updates with leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and processes.
