Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide effective supervision and coaching to assigned employees to achieve quality and production goals.
• Manage movement of product through the production area and organize work for smooth operations.
• Ensure SOPs and engineering procedures are current and followed for quality.
• Monitor the Operations safety program and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and know production processes and materials.
• Schedule employees to meet production needs and coordinate vacations per plant policy.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide cost-effective resolutions.
• Communicate plant issues to employees and maintain shift-to-shift information flow.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere and perform other duties as assigned by area manager.
