Job summary

Keter is seeking a Night Shift Operations Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operation during overnight hours. You will oversee the flow of the entire facility, remove obstacles, support the team, and drive production performance to keep the business moving.

We are seeking a hands-on leader with strong problem-solving abilities who can motivate teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Strong MS Office and SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of production management experience
• Experience supervising manufacturing teams and improving processes
• Strong understanding of production equipment and technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight manufacturing operations and ensure smooth flow of production.

This role is more than managing a department—it's about overseeing the flow of the entire facility, removing obstacles, supporting your team, driving production performance, and making critical decisions to keep the business moving.

What We’re Looking For

Your Schedule

• Night Shift: 7:00 pM – 7:00 AM
• 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule—enjoy every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role.
