We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Night Shift Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Lexington, United States. As a key member of our production leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing night shift operations, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining a safe work environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make quick, informed decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently
  • Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production schedules
  • Strong mathematical skills for analyzing production metrics and preparing reports
  • Adaptability to change and willingness to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred (equivalent experience may be considered)
  • Willingness to work night shifts and occasional overtime as required
