You will implement improvements, plan product flow, and coordinate cross‑department communication to meet delivery and quality targets while managing labor and material costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management or Engineering.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Good time management and prioritization.
• Experience managing labor, materials, and costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, maintenance, quality, personnel, and materials in manufacturing areas.
• Lead quality initiatives and address customer complaints; troubleshoot with supervisors.
• Drive continuous process improvement across lines and departments.
• Plan and manage product flow and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate information exchange between departments and supervisors.
• Ensure adherence to company policies in administration and operations.
• Ensure on-time shipments and conformance to customer requirements.
• Plan staffing to meet current and future manpower needs.
