Job summary

National Beef Packing Company LLC in Kansas City, Missouri is seeking a Night Production Scheduler to support nightly production plans, coordinating schedules and shipments. This role focuses on ensuring efficient production flow across multiple plants and timely distribution of finished goods.

The position requires strong communication, data analysis, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. On-site hours are M-F 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, with some weekend work.

• Collaborate with scheduling staff to meet future customer demand.
