The position focuses on supporting three beef processing plants, creating daily production schedules, and coordinating shipments of finished goods within the National Beef system. Responsibilities include responding to sales inquiries, communicating with plant personnel to resolve issues, and collaborating with scheduling staff to meet future demand.
