Responsibilities

• Operate and shape: Load, feed, and unload material and use a paint spray gun to apply finishes.
• Prepare and set up: Set up machines and verify specifications from drawings/blueprints.
• Lift and position materials safely using cranes or forklifts as needed.
• Ensure quality: perform checks for proper paint thickness and label materials correctly.
• Contribute to improvement: participate in continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• Maintain and organize: track inventory, perform routine machine maintenance, and keep work area clean.
