Amcor Smyrna, TN is hiring for a day-shift packaging/quality support role. You will visually inspect products, pack bottles, and move cartons onto pallets while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Training includes one 12-hour shift before full-time scheduling, with 3–4 days per week of operation. The role requires standing for long periods, reliable transportation to Smyrna, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
• Reliable transportation to Smyrna, TN work site.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required.
• Ability to order tasks and follow patterns.
• Good near vision for detail-oriented checks.
• Flexible to bend/stretch/reach as needed.
• Fast finger/hand movements.
• Coordination of multiple limbs for tasks.
• Lifts up to 35 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect products for quality and aesthetics.
• Pack bottles into boxes and move cartons onto pallets.
• Move finished products to staging areas using pallet jack.
• Conduct dimensional quality checks as directed.
• Keep work area clean and organized; perform housekeeping.
• Make boxes as needed and prepare pallets with proper skid patterns.
• Support product flow from line to storage and shipping.
