Brighton Today is seeking a Production Operator E (Night Shift) at our Hayward, WI site. This entry-level, full-time role supports resin/formaldehyde processing, with a 12-hour Panama schedule and every-other weekend off, in a clean indoor environment.

You will work under the Production Supervisor, perform safety-compliant tasks, and participate in a profit-sharing program. The role emphasizes growth, certifications, and a clear career path within operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Analytical and mechanical mindset helpful for operations.
• Basic computer and math skills are required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and follow PPE rules.
• Forklift experience is a plus and certification can be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load raw materials and finished products following procedures.
• Operate a forklift to load/unload materials as needed.
• Coordinate with management to meet production and shipping schedule.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in safety committees and follow site rules for quality and safety.
• Support maintenance and production schedules across processes.
• Respond to alarms and troubleshoot process deviations.
• Perform quality checks on production output.
