Job summary

Charter Next Generation, Inc. in Blythewood, SC is seeking a Production Operator for night shifts. You will operate and monitor production lines that turn raw resin into protective food packaging film, with hands-on training and clear opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts (6:00pm–6:00am).
• Able to lift up to 65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production lines.
• Progress through Operator levels.
• Set up machines to work order specifications.
• Inspect products for quality and manage scrap.
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with the team during shift changeovers.
