Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous production experience is preferred.
• Excellent organizational & time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to perform assembly duties with minimal supervision.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through production areas as requested, ensuring quality and timing requirements are met.
• Report on time for pre-shift meeting.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety policies and procedures.
• Perform detailed assembly operations to mass-produce automotive products.
• Operate fitting or fastening tools according to work instructions and TS16949/ISO standards.
• Review quality alerts prior to start of shift and follow MES procedures.
• Identify and report problems related to product, process and quality.
• Ensure equipment and tools are properly maintained and plant housekeeping is kept clean and safe.
