Job summary

Bob’s Red Mill is seeking a Night Machine Operator in Packaging to support on-site production at the World Headquarters. The role runs on a rotating 12-hour night shift (6:00 pm–6:30 am) with some weekends, starting at $21.00/hour plus a $2.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities include setup and operation of packaging machinery, maintaining logs, and ensuring food safety compliance. Prior forklift/machine operation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift operator experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and operation of production line equipment.
• Maintain daily production logs that are legible and orderly.
• Monitor quality control throughout the packaging process.
• Adhere to all food safety policies and GMPs; comply with FDA regulations.
• Report food safety and quality concerns to Supervisors/Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
