Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Production Machine Operator B on the 6pm–6am shift to operate high-speed production lines, monitor safety standards, and ensure continuous product flow.

You will troubleshoot line issues, interact with PLC/HMI interfaces, support OEE data, and maintain a clean, compliant work area while contributing to a growing beverage portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three months manufacturing experience required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to interface with Allen Bradley PLC controller and touch screen devices.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors high speed machinery while complying with production and safety standards.
• Maintains all product flow and ensures comprehensive product quality.
• Utilizes computer screens and HMIs and is familiar with their functionality.
• Supports Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) functions on line, interprets data and makes adjustments.
• Maintains a clean work area and equipment.
• Completes line inspections and reports using computers/tablets.
• Assists with line changeovers.
• Other duties as assigned.
