Job summary

Hussey Copper, a Pantheon Electric company, is seeking Production Supervisors for the Eminence, KY operation. This hands-on leadership role will guide a fabrication team, drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement, and prepare the site for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising employees in manufacturing, fabrication, metals, or similar operating environment.
• Strong leadership and communication with a safety and quality focus.
• Experience with continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to employees within the Fabrication operation.
• Lead daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives.
• Coach, develop, and engage employees while setting clear expectations and accountability.
• Monitor production performance and address issues impacting output, quality, or customer commitments.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and plant leadership to resolve operational challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and equipment utilization.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and encourage better ways of working.
• Ensure staffing, work assignments, and shift coverage.
• Reinforce quality standards and ensure products meet customer requirements.
• Maintain production documentation and adherence to company policies.
