Job summary

You will manage scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews; apply LEAN concepts to reduce waste; and collaborate across departments to meet production goals and customer expectations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read/write English.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line production team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Schedule, track attendance, and approve time off for direct reports.
• Coordinate material flow, inventory records, and equipment utilization.
• Apply LEAN concepts to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Maintenance, QA, and Shipping to meet production needs.
