Job summary

You will oversee multiple work centers, ensure staffing and training, and champion 5S, quality, and discipline while collaborating with HR and leadership to drive results and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience (plastics industry preferred).
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of industrial equipment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Be the on-site safety champion, promoting and enforcing all safety systems and policies.
• Oversee all work centers to meet production goals safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Maintain staffing levels, train and assign team members, and communicate priorities to leadership.
• Partner with managers to implement and track training standards and promote cross-training.
• Ensure quality procedures and 5S standards are followed and areas stay clean and safe.
• Maintain accurate employee records and document coaching, performance discussions, and actions.
