Job summary

Selko, a Nutreco company, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead production operations for specialty feed additive manufacturing at our Indianapolis site. You will develop high-performing teams, ensure safe, efficient, and quality-focused manufacturing, and drive continuous improvement across all shifts.

The role requires 5+ years in chemical manufacturing with at least 2 years of supervisory experience, a strong safety mindset, and excellent communication to coordinate cross-functional work with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Ability to manage production schedules and staffing priorities.
• Experience working cross-functionally with maintenance, supply chain, and operations teams.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for production teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Coordinate daily production activities and optimize staffing and scheduling.
• Maintain quality and HSE standards and monitor KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing excellence.
• Coach and develop team members and own production outcomes.
