Job summary

Selko, a Nutreco company, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead production operations at our Indianapolis facility. You will guide teams, ensure safe, compliant manufacturing and deliver high-quality outputs for livestock nutrition worldwide.

The role focuses on coaching staff, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement across shifts. You will manage staffing, maintain KPI performance, and partner with maintenance, quality, and operations to meet manufacturing goals while upholding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Ability to manage production schedules and staffing priorities.
• Experience working cross-functionally with maintenance, supply chain, and operations teams.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

B – Weekday Nights (6 pm – 6 am) – Week 1: Mon/Tue/Wed, Week 2: Mon/Tue/Wed/Thurs

As Shift Supervisor, you will provide hands-on leadership for production teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations.
