Warby Parker is seeking a data-driven Production Supervisor for its Las Vegas, NV facility. You will lead a night-shift team of 15+ hourly associates, coaching, mentoring, and tracking production metrics while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience with at least 12 months in a leadership role in production.
• Experience supervising or managing a team or project in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 15+ hourly employees in a manufacturing department.
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Communicate daily production goals and metrics; drive throughput.
• Enforce safety practices and conduct trainings.
• Partner with Production Manager to develop Associates.
• Coach and promote accountability; lead by example.
• Coordinate trainings across lab positions and support other departments.
• Drive production to meet or exceed goals; monitor breakage and performance.
