Job summary

Leviton’s Berk-Tek division in Fuquay Varina, NC is seeking an experienced production supervisor for a weekend night shift (6 p.m.–6 a.m., Fri–Sun). You will coordinate resources, supervise scheduled production, and ensure budgeted and quality targets are met safely.

You’ll lead a team, manage line performance, enforce policies, and drive improvements across manufacturing processes and equipment. Strong leadership and Lean knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Two year Associate Degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years manufacturing experience required.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operates the department within budgets for volume, scrap and labor.
• Investigates problems and implements corrective actions.
• Determines parts supply, maintenance tasks, safety procedures, and service schedule for machines.
• Develops and tracks daily production metrics and removes obstacles to goals.
• Enforces safety, attendance, training, PM, quality and policy adherence.
• Performs supervisory duties including hiring, training and scheduling.
• Audits PM, changes, organization, scrap, and production boards.
• Drives process improvement and ensures accountability for promises.
• Supports root cause analyses and 8D where applicable.
• Oversees BOM and WIP inventory.
