Qualifications

• College degree in a technical field (Chemistry, Engineering, Operations, etc.) is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a batch manufacturing environment desired.
• 3+ years in a lab setting desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly night shift activities at the Huntington site.
• Direct operators in production of batches and lead inventory management.
• Schedule production orders and ensure schedules are met.
• Monitor performance and conduct employee reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Safety & Environmental policies and 6S/quality SOPs.
• Audit Plant and QC lab processes and support certification initiatives.
• Oversee Operator training, including safety and job skills.
• Adhere to the Union Contract for operators.
• Represent FUCHS professionally with employees and customers.
• Act as main MFG shift contact for updates on batches.
