Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree in a technical field (Chemistry, Engineering, Operations, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience in a batch manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience in a lab setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ISO/TS/IATF desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly night shift activities at the Huntington site.
• Direct operators in batch production, container filling, and inventory management.
• Assist in scheduling production orders and ensure schedules are met.
• Monitor performance and conduct employee reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Safety & Environmental Policies and 6S programs.
• Audit plant and QC lab processes and supervise training.
