Amcor is hiring for a NIGHT SHIFT packaging associate in Smyrna, Tennessee. Shift runs 6:45 pm to 7:00 am CT, with 3-4 evenings per week after daytime training.

The role focuses on visual inspection, packing, palletizing, quality checks, and general housekeeping on the packaging line. Candidate must be able to stand for long hours, have reliable transportation to Smyrna, and perform repeated hand movements, lifting up to 35 pounds, and multi-limb coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing

Formación

• Ability to stand/walk for 12 hours daily.
• Reliable transportation to Smyrna, TN site.
• Dexterous hand-eye coordination and quick finger movements.
• Ability to arrange items by order/patterns.
• Good close-range vision for detail tasks.
• Flexible to perform varying duties as needed.
• Fast hand movements for repetitive tasks.
• Coordinate multiple limbs during tasks.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds overhead.

Responsabilidades

• Perform visual and aesthetic inspection of products.
• Pack bottles into boxes and move cartons onto pallets.
• Conduct dimensional quality checks as directed.
• Move finished product from line to staging area using pallet jack.
• Keep work area clean and organized per shift requirements.
• Support product movement for raw and finished goods.
• Complete various housekeeping and shift duties as assigned.
