Amcor is seeking a Material Handler at our Shelbyville plant to load and unload trailers, and to move materials through the warehouse for efficient production and precise record-keeping. You will follow safety guidelines and document material inspections to ensure quality and compliance.

Offering a 12-hour nights schedule (7:00pm–7:00am) with overtime opportunities, the role supports a global leader in responsible packaging.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of logistics related experience.
• Computer proficiency; willingness to learn new systems.

Responsabilités

• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Moves and stages materials throughout the plant/warehouse for efficient production and accurate records.
• Checks and inspects material received from prior operations to verify accuracy and conformance to specifications.
• Follows safe operating procedures and complies with EHS and GMP guidelines for safety.
• Complete required documentation and reports.
• Assist with training team members.
• Communicate with supervisors, maintenance, and co-workers.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and support process improvements.
