Metalcraft of Mayville is seeking a dependable Production Helper to join our manufacturing team. This role supports the Gemini machine by unloading parts, grinding and finishing metal components, and counting completed orders. The position may assist in other production areas as needed.

Ideal candidates have basic manufacturing experience, can safely use hand tools, and read blueprints. A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, metalworking, grinding, or fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and work around metal and sharp objects.
• Basic reading of blueprints and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Unload finished parts from the Gemini machine and prepare for finishing.
• Grind, deburr, and finish metal parts per specifications.
• Sort, count, and organize completed parts and orders.
