The position requires basic blueprint literacy, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong safety awareness. We value dependable, detail-oriented teammates who can work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, metalworking, grinding, or fabrication preferred.
• Able to safely use hand tools and work around metal.
• Basic ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with measuring tools.
• Willingness to learn and assist in different production areas.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload finished parts from the Gemini machine.
• Grind, deburr, and finish metal parts according to specifications.
• Sort, count, and organize completed parts and order quantities.
• Inspect parts for basic quality requirements.
• Safely use hand tools and grinding equipment.
• Read and follow basic blueprints, shop drawings, work instructions, and production documentation.
• Use basic measuring tools to verify part dimensions.
• Safely move and handle materials throughout the work area.
• Assist other departments and production areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Complete assigned work efficiently and within production expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
