Job summary

Growing plastics manufacturing company is seeking to fill openings forProduction Extruder Operator (Night Shift 5:30PM to 4:30AM). We are looking for motivated individuals with the drive for success and teamwork. Responsibilities:

• Control extruder process following given parameters and settings
• Ensure product conformity and carry out visual/physical inspections
• Monitor and maintain production records
• Troubleshoot process as needed
• Maintain safe and clean working environment

Qualifications include:

• High School graduate or GED.
• Ability to Lift 60 lbs.
• The ability to communicate (read, write, speak) clearly in English.
• Minimum of at least 1 year previous manufacturing experience ideally with background in injection molding or plastics extrusion.
• The ability for precise measurements, including use of scale.
• The ability to work overtime and/or flexible schedules including occasional weekends, as needed, to meet production demands.
• Knowledge of safe work rules.
• Must have good organization skills.
