Job summary

ResourceMFG has immediate openings for experienced Production Associates in Battle Creek. This is a temp to hire opportunity with a company that manufactures ceramic finishing media for a variety of industries.

Night Shift rotating schedule with Week 1 Mon-Wed 6p-6a and Week 2 Mon-Thurs 6p-6a; pay is $18.02 per hour, plus an unlimited referral bonus. Previous manufacturing experience is required and candidates should be prepared to work around heat and dust.

Qualifications

• Must have previous manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment that forms abrasive media and fires it in a kiln.
• General manufacturing/machine operation background preferred.
• Be prepared for hot, dusty environments around kilns.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
