Ventek Solutions is recruiting for a Production Associate II – 3rd shift (10:45 pm – 7:15 am, Sunday to Friday) at our Findlay, OH plant. The role reports to the Shift Supervisor, with starting wage $20.34 per hour plus a $0.75 per hour shift differential. Safety, quality, and productivity are emphasized as core values.

You will assemble, pack, inspect, and prepare boxes while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The job requires teaming with other departments and adapting to daily variations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, pack, close and stack boxes.

• Move finished parts from press and visually inspect quality.
