Job summary

Ventek Solutions, a newly formed entity under Black Diamond Capital Management, is seeking a Production Associate II for the 2nd shift at its Findlay, OH plant. The role reports to the Shift Supervisor and offers a starting wage of $20.34 per hour plus a $0.75 per hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with various teams and spot defects on packing line.
• Must be able to perform physical labor for extended periods in extreme temperatures.
• Willingness to work overtime (typically Saturdays only).
• Able to stand, bend, stoop, and grasp for an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, pack, close and stack boxes.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment; safety is the top priority.
• Pack boxes according to instructions and ensure quality.
• Remove finished parts from press and visually inspect for defects.
• Report quality defects to relevant teams and supervisors.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to meet goals.
