Job summary

Carlex Glass America, LLC is hiring a Production Associate for a 12-hour night shift on a 3-2-2-3 schedule. The role involves loading/unloading parts, assembly, and operating machines with strict adherence to work instructions.

Job duties include quality checks, data entry into the Quality system, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace. Requires 1 year in manufacturing and willingness to overtime. Weeklies, with strong attendance, encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift on a 3-2-2-3 schedule and overtime.
• Able to lift 45-50 lbs regularly.
• Learn and follow procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts, assemble and perform duties as assigned.
• Understand and follow work instructions and control plans.
• Operate machines and perform changeovers.
• Conduct quality checks and input data into Quality system.
• Maintain an organized clean work environment (5S).
• Perform other departmental duties as directed.
• Follow PPE, lockouts, and E-stops procedures.
