Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on manufacturing or assembly experience, preferably in electronics.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30-50 lbs.
• Eligible to work on ITAR-controlled programs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and manufacturing equipment according to work instructions.
• Maintain full traceability and accurate documentation for all work.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities to improve output and reduce defects.
