Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Production Assembly and Support team member for its North Mankato, MN facility. This role supports multiple departments, performing labeling, packing, and material handling with a focus on quality and safety.

The position operates on a 3rd shift (5pm–5am) with an hourly range of $17–$19 and requires the ability to read work orders, communicate effectively, and work well with others. Authorization to work in the U.S. is required, with no sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and decipher general written work orders and procedures.
• Strong communication with fellow employees and supervisors.
• Basic math for measuring and packing using standard units.
• Ability to work constructively with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment.
• Adherence to safety rules, procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand operations such as labeling, cutting, wrapping, taping, and using foot controls.
• Pack products securely for shipping and inspect for quality defects.
• Stack, pack, and transport printed materials on pallets as needed.
• Follow job instructions to produce orders according to specifications.
• Maintain attendance and collaborate with team members, supervisors, and vendors.
• Float across departments to assist where needed.
• Follow safety rules and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Duties may be seated or standing.
