Job summary

Taylor Corporation, a dynamic North Mankato division, is hiring for Production Assembly and Support. This role involves hand operations, packing, stacking, and following detailed work instructions to produce orders to spec.

You will float across departments and support coworkers while maintaining safety rules. The position offers a steady evening shift 5pm–5am on Wednesday to Friday with every other Saturday, and comprehensive benefits including health plans, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and decipher work orders and safety documents.
• Ability to perform basic math operations in all units of measure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to work across departments and follow instructions precisely.
• Commitment to safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand operations such as applying labels, cutting, wrapping, and foot-controlled tasks.
• Pack products, seal boxes, and inspect for defects prior to shipment.
• Stack, pack, and transport printed materials on pallets as needed.
• Read and follow job instructions to produce orders to specification.
• Float across departments to assist where needed and maintain attendance.
• Follow safety rules and perform duties seated or standing as required.
