Taylor Corporation is hiring a Production Shipping Associate in North Mankato, MN. You’ll prepare, package, and ship orders, coordinate with production and customer service, and maintain accurate shipping records. The role supports cross‑department collaboration and requires adherence to safety standards.

The position is 2nd shift, Monday–Friday 2:00pm–10:00pm with additional Saturday hours as needed, paying $16–$18 per hour depending on experience and location.

Formación

• Ability to read, interpret, and decipher general written instructions from work orders and safety documents.
• Clear spoken and written communication with teammates and supervisors.
• Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Adherence to safety rules, procedures and standards.
• Willingness to support across departments as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, package, and process outgoing orders accurately.
• Apply labels and handle products with care for shipping readiness.
• Communicate with shipping carriers to ensure correct details.
• Ship and stack orders on skids and pallets.
• Inspect products for quality defects before packing.
• Follow job instructions to produce orders per spec.
