Jobbeschreibung

Work should fit your life. At MyWorkChoice, get a full‑time Production Assembler role with the flexibility to choose your shifts, the days you work, and how many hours you work.

Unlike other manufacturing jobs, you pick the days you want to work in the MWC App, any day of the week. If you need Friday off, drop the shift in the app and let a team member pick it up. It’s that easy and that flexible.

This job is perfect for someone who wants full‑time hours with evenings that work around their life.

Your Shift

• Hours: 11 PM – 7 AM
• Days: Monday – Sunday (choose your shifts in the app)
• Pay: $18.59/hour, paid weekly (daily pay also available)
• Location: Spartan Light Metal Products – Mexico, MO

What You’ll Do

You’ll help keep aluminum car parts moving down the line by:

• Running the machines that finish parts and putting parts together by hand.
• Cleaning up parts and checking them with gauges to make sure they’re right.
• Packing and labeling finished parts, and keeping up with the pace of the line.
• Following safety practices to protect yourself and your team.

Training & Growth

• Your first day is a Monday, 7 AM – 3 PM: classroom orientation and safety training.

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll train you.
• You like working with your hands and figuring out how machines work.
• Basic math to count parts and check numbers.
• Ability to stand and walk most of your shift, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Work Environment & Requirements

• Manufacturing floor: Machinery runs throughout your shift. It’s not climate controlled, so it gets cool in winter.
• Safety gear: Safety glasses and earplugs are provided. If you wear glasses, they have safety glasses that fit over them.
• Footwear: Steel-toe boots that come above the ankle.
• Dress code: Jeans that go over your boots (no tucking in, no skinny jeans) and a cotton shirt. Short or long sleeves are fine.
• Parking: Park anywhere except the visitor lot. You’ll get a badge for the employee entrance.
