Job summary

Arrowhead Winch Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Handler (Paint/Assembly) to support hanging and un-hanging parts, supply materials, and assist assembly teams in building winches. The role is located in Okmulgee, OK with a 3rd shift schedule Sunday through Friday morning, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Hourly pay ranges from $15.69 to $23.36 plus a $2.40 night differential. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 60 pounds, and operate forklifts or other

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Able to follow written and verbal work instructions and procedures.
• Able to use pneumatic and hand tools.
• Support plant safety policies and set a good example.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.

Responsibilities

• Assist paint and assembly personnel with hanging/unhanging parts.
• Supply parts and materials to support assembly and paint operations.
• Support winch building processes in a team environment.
• Complete tasks with minimal instruction and on schedule.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in all tasks.
