Job summary

LifeNet Health is seeking a Processing Support Technician MS in Virginia Beach to perform circulating and in-process documentation for tissues and equipment in processing cleanrooms within a FDA-regulated environment.

You will support tissue processing across rooms, handle materials, maintain equipment, and ensure proper environmental monitoring. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols in a mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Zero years of work experience is required.
• One year work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tissue Circulating support for all processing rooms including obtaining equipment/tools/items, preparing processing materials, and preparing samples for transport.
• Perform set-up, break-down, and terminal cleaning events for all processing rooms and clean and inspect general areas; remove and document post-processing materials and bio-hazardous waste.
• Inventory and organize supplies and equipment necessary for processing.
• Perform environmental monitoring (touch plating of clean rooms and general areas), prepare processing materials, and order/stock supplies/equipment for clean rooms.
• Monitor temperatures and maintain specified equipment (freezers, refrigerators, incubators) as required.
